Alternate Title: Hiding in Plain Sight

In this work, two stoats have donned their white, winter coats. Standing in the snow, their camouflage hides them from predators and prey, save for their stark eyes and noses. In general, stoats look really strange and rectangular, so I spent quite a while trying to find a good way to render them and show off how adorable they look. Eventually, I settled on two standing an uncanny distance apart in the snow. If you see one in the wild, please leave it be.

This was my qualifying stage submission for the 2026 Death Battle Tournament, the biggest annual origami design competition.
